French Lavender Lifestyle is a soft place to land—a space where I try to showcase how everyday life can feel just a little more beautiful, intentional, and grounded. Inspired by the warmth of French kitchens, the quiet joy of tending a garden, and taking a breath to savor the little moments that make life magical.

I started this blog not because I’ve figured it all out—but because I’m learning to slow down and find beauty in the chaos that's constantly around me. I'm a wife, mother, home cook, and self declared Francophile. I love the incredible beauty of slow living that stems from the sun drenched hills of Provence. Gorgeous sunshine, bountiful farmers markets, and a community that comes together to create a style of living that I think is almost lost to us.

So in an effort to create a community of women that strive for that same sense of connection and a life well lived, I've created a place where you'll find:
